The world’s first vertical cold storage solution
For more than a decade, TITAN has been installing modular cold storage ‘warehouses’ tailored to clients’ unique needs. Our ‘Arctic SuperStores’ – single-level container warehouses – have reached up to 800m² in size and can be scaled even larger!
Now, we’ve taken it vertical.
After extensive research and testing, TITAN introduces the Arctic MegaStore – a two-storey cold storage system built by safely stacking reefer containers and turning them into one large, open-plan cold room for maximum storage capacity.
This breakthrough allows you to double your storage volume without increasing your footprint.

There is effectively no limit to the total size, MegaStore modules can be joined side by side (no supporting posts to interfere in use) and end or side to end where corner posts exist.
All measurements should be used as a guide. Small variations can and do apply.

Using a minimum of 6 × 40 ft ArcticStore cold storage containers – 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor (also known as a 3-bay) – we can install a customised MegaStore at your premises that delivers massive impact in a compact footprint.

Modular design for infinite possibilities
TITAN’s ArcticStore freezer containers are like building blocks, and they can be arranged exactly as you want. It means unique configurations are possible – including large, open-plan spaces.
Quicker and cheaper to install than a permanent cold storage facility, MegaStores can be created indoors or outdoors on flexible contracts that match your capacity needs.
- Create up to 640 m³ of cold storage in just 13 m × 13 m (five 40ft containers side by side, with five more on top to create what’s known as a 5-bay MegaStore)
- No limit on size – create a double-height cooler for any requirement
- Easier to modify than permanent cold rooms
- Possibility of adding partition walls to your fridge/freezer setup for multiple temperature zones

Our refrigeration systems include multiple sensors reporting to the hi-tech dataloggers. Live data is transferred real-time through a modem to the remote monitoring platform that YOU control. SmartArctic can be securely accessed by approved members of your team from anywhere in the world via phone, tablet or computer.
Powered by global cold chain tech company Copeland, SmartArctic provides 24/7 control of your Arctic MegaStore – whatever you choose to chill.
It means you can download data, make temperature set point changes, perform remote diagnostics, configure alarms and much more.
